Public transportation
The best way to come here by public transport is to take the train to Arvika and continue by bus nr 108 to Glava. From Glava, the nearest hiking track is 6 km away. Another alternative is to take a taxi from Arvika straight to Lenungshammar.
During summer 2023 you can take bus 130 directly from Karlstad and Arvika to Lenungshammar, the centre of Glaskogen. Here you find our Infocentre, camp site and canoe rental. Those who travel with bus 130 to Glaskogen get a free 3-days Glaskogen card. Just show your busticket to the personal at the Infocentre and you will get your Glaskogen card.
