
Start from our Infocenter in Lenungshammar
Lenungshammar is the “heart” of the Glaskogen nature reserve and a good starting point for your adventure.
Here at Glaskogen’s Infocenter you can get help and information about outdoor life and everything that Glaskogen offers. We are happy to advise you on suitable hiking trails, bike tours and canoe trails. Here you can also buy your Glaskogen conservation card, fishing license or your Glaskogen map, supplies for your trip, simple outdoor equipment and souvenirs.
Our campsite is right next to Glaskogen’s Infocenter with the associated service facility with shower and laundry facilities.
Here you also find the Glaskogen Canoe Center and Café Carl is only a short walk away.
The nearby lakes – Stora Gla and Övre Gla – are excellent fishing lakes. Here at the Infocenter you can rent a boat for the fishing trip and buy fishing equipment if you need.

- January 12 to March 29: open weekdays 10-15
- March 30 to May 31: open daily from 10-17
- June 1 to June 28: open daily from 9-19
- Juni 29 to August 16: open daily from 9-20
- August 17 to September 30: open daily 9-17
- Oktober 1 to December 16: open weekdays 10-15
We are completely cash-free at the Infocenter, campsite, Canoe Center and Café Carl.

Glaskogen card
You buy the Glaskogen card, our conservation card for Glaskogen, when you hike, paddle, cycle and/or fish in the Glaskogen nature reserve and use firewood and fireplaces, wind shelters, overnight cabins, dustbins and toilets n the nature reserve.

Glaskogen map
The Glaskogen map shows all the outdoor infrastructure in the nature reserve Glaskogen and all other information you need for your visit. Use the map for planning your tour and of course during your visit.
